What is a pre-order?

Pre-ordering allows you to secure our products before they are officially released for general sale. It gives you the opportunity to be among the first to receive our latest offerings. Additionally, as a thank you for preordering, we offer an exclusive 10% discount on all orders over $30. This means you not only get early access but also enjoy savings on your purchase.

 

Are your products really cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes! All of our beauty products are truly made with cruelty-free, vegan and ethically sourced material.. 

Where do you ship from?

All BTYXCosmetics products are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

 

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we are only shipping within the United States. Stay tuned for more updates on international shipping.

I have pre-ordered

All shipping for domestic orders are at a flat rate of $5.00 and should arrive at most in 5 business days after shipment (this estimated time does not include our 2-3 business days of order processing). For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout and delivery time ranges from 6-15 business days after our 2-3 business days of order processing.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through PayPal, Apple Pay and debit/credit cards.

How do I check the status of my order and track it?

After placing an order, please remain on standby for an email with information on when your order has been shipped, along with your tracking number. We ask that you kindly allow 24 hours before your tracking number is activated.

 

How do I use an online promotion code?

To redeem a promotion code, enter it in the field labeled ‘Promo Code’ during checkout. Then, click 'Apply'. Only one code can be applied per order. Please make sure the code you are applying is written correctly for the code to be activated. If you’re having any problems with this, feel free to contact our email.

 

How may I find out about any restocks, sales, promotions, new products and more? 

By subscribing to our email list and following our social medias, you will have access to all important information and reminders regarding BTYXCosmetics.
