Where do you ship from?
BTYXCosmetics products ship from Los Angeles, California.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we are only shipping internationally to Canada. Stay tuned for more updates on international shipping!
How much is shipping? How long does it take?
All shipping rates for domestic orders charge at $5.00 and should arrive at most in 5 business days after shipment (this estimated time does not include our 1-2 business days of order processing). International orders shipping rate charges are calculated during checkout and delivery time ranges from 7-20 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal and debit/credit cards.
How do I check the status of my order and track it?
After placing an order, please remain on standby for an email with information on when your order has been shipped, along with your tracking number. We ask that you kindly allow 24 hours before your tracking number is activated.
How do I use an online promotion code?
To redeem a promotion code, enter it in the field labeled ‘Promo Code’ during checkout. Then, click 'Apply'. Only one code can be applied per order. Please make sure the code you are applying is written correctly for the code to be activated. If you’re having any problems with this, feel free to contact our email.
