Returns

BTYXCosmetics does not accept any returns nor offer exchanges due to the nature of our beauty products, for health and safety precautions.

 

Under the circumstance that a product is damaged from manufacturing, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement as soon as evidence of the damaged product is shown. Used items will not be replaced.

Refunds

​

Refunds are only granted in the case where items were incorrectly sent, damaged from manufacturing or missing from your order. The request must be submitted to our email within 48 hours of package arrival. 

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
