Are your products really cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes! All of our beauty products are truly made with cruelty-free, vegan and ethically sourced material.. 

What is a pre-order?

Pre-ordering allows you to secure our products before they are officially released for general sale. It gives you the opportunity to be among the first to receive our latest offerings. Additionally, as a thank you for preordering, we offer an exclusive 10% discount on all orders over $30. This means you not only get early access but also enjoy savings on your purchase.

Where do you ship from?

All BTYXCosmetics products are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

 

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we are only shipping within the United States. Stay tuned for more updates on international shipping.

When will my pre-order ship?

Order processing and shipment will begin immediately after the pre-sale period ends. We estimate a wait time of approximately 4-6 weeks from the date you place your order. This allows us to ensure each product is carefully prepared and delivered to you with the utmost care. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your pre-order has been shipped.

How do I check the status of my order and track it?

After placing an order, please remain on standby for an email with information on when your order has been shipped, along with your tracking number. We ask that you kindly allow 24 hours before your tracking number is activated.

 

What happens if there are delays in shipping?

While we strive to meet our estimated shipping timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as production delays or external logistics issues may occasionally occur. If there are any delays in shipping your pre-order, we will notify you promptly via email with updated information on the new estimated shipping date.

How do I use an online promotion code?

To redeem a promotion code, enter it in the field labeled ‘Promo Code’ during checkout. Then, click 'Apply'. Only one code can be applied per order. Please make sure the code you are applying is written correctly for the code to be activated. If you’re having any problems with this, feel free to contact our email.

How may I find out about any restocks, sales, promotions, new products and more?
