Processing Times

 

Order processing and shipment will begin within 3-4 business days. We estimate a wait time of approximately 10-12 days from the date you place your order. This allows us to ensure each product is carefully prepared and delivered to you with the utmost care. 

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or having any other issues, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case of significant delay, we will contact you via email to keep you updated on your order. 

 

 

Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped with USPS First Class. Domestic shipping prices are at a flat rate of $6.00.

Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once an order is placed, no edits can be made. If you have accidentally provided an incorrect address, please email us immediately.

 

Once your order has been packaged and transmitted, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

 

 

Damages

BTYXCosmetics is not liable for any beauty products damaged or lost during shipping.

 

If you received your order package damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. Please make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

 

International Shipping

For now, BTYXCosmetics is only shipping within the United States. Stay tuned for more information on any updates regarding international shipping.
